Who’s up for a No Repeats HIIT Workout!!? These non-repetitive workouts fly by and add variety to your sweat sesh which can be great for people who get bored easily! Repetition is definitely important to include in your training but a good ol’ no repeat HIIT is an awesome way tp get in a full body workout and get that heart rate up while having fun.
