2 thumbs up Coach K! I completely agree. You need to be ready mentally and tough although I also believe it is important to reward yourself. You deserve it! Treat yo' self!!!

Absolutely!  I couldn't agree more.  There was a movie I just recently watched called Forever Strong where the coach had told one of his players that "good" or "right" decision makings in life doesn't make life easy, they make it easier, and after watching and listening to this video, it made me think of that movie.  Great movie, I highly recommend it if you haven't seen it, it has Gary Cole, Neal McDonough, Sean Astin, and Sean Faris in it, and last time I checked, it is still on Netflix.  Thank you so much for making this video Coach!

Thank you Coach Kozak, here I am sitting on my couch in the South East of England after the hottest day of the year just chilling. Now after watching your Vlog I'm going to get up and do your new 18 minute workout. Thank you!

Being comfortable is over rated . Considering the alternative, get busy living and enjoy the journey. Grind On, one day at a time.As for me, I'm going to keep coming back. Thank you, Coach for all you are and all you do !!!

AMEN!!! Yes my brother so true! 10 years ago I lost 70 pounds. I have kept 50 off but even then it has been a FIGHT! I have had to take into account what works as I age, what works as my job changes, what works when I have had an injury and surgery and what works on those days when like you said I sit on the couch and melt into it! LOL! Looking back over the years I would tell anyone starting their journey make sure they always have a plan B and C and have support whether one on one or in a group on an app or in person. Always be open to learning new things with food and exercise and health and don't compare! That is a TRAP!

I've not worked out regularly in several years partly because of my work schedule I work 12 hour days and am gone 13 hours at least 4 days a week sometimes 5. You have tons of videos on your channel and you tube has millions I guess. But I'm so confused as where to start like what and how much workout do I need to do as an out of shape beginner again and the same as far as my diet/nutrition goes. How much and when do I eat to get the best results. Can you give me some general advice on what type of workouts and how long I should workout each session and how many calories I need from protein, carbs, fats per.meal to Eat or {each day.}I weigh close to 260 lbs and 6ft tall. Thanks for the info
