Any suggestions on How to keep the routine.. I am Busy cause of work and when i get home i am beat, I am off 3 days i was planning on doing my weight training on those days.. will it still be effective?

MEAL PLAN?! Weren't you eating peanut butter bagels for breakfast once?! Haha jk. I know it's for protein, plus you have the muscle mass to burn those calories off quick. But still it would be nice to just eat those and lose weight. I got a gym membership for Christmas (I asked for it) I mean how embarrassing would that be if I didn't. Now that the holidays are over I really need to get back on the band wagon.

One video I haven't seen (anywhere!) is one on proper spotting. Most especially, a video on how to spot the big chest exercises: barbell flat bench, dumbbell bench (flat & incline), and dumbbell flyes. The video also ought to show what NOT to do while spotting,
