Workout ideas? A boxing workout would be nice. Sadly, my personal trainer and I finished our contract and I'm not moneyed enough to shell out for more right now, and I'm shy about approaching new workout buddies; but I still have these boxing training gloves and pads that I got to use with him, and if I found someone to continue using them with it would be cool to have a boxing-themed workout plan that incorporated them.

I'm just wondering if there are any exercise routine that doesn't require any semblances of gym stuff like bells, bench, etc.. Home workout that doesn't require the use of any equipment.
I'd be interested in hearing what type of workout you would suggest for those of us who exercise over our lunch hour. I get 20 mins of good cardio in, then try to hit a few machines, but I don't have the time to wait 2 mins between sets. I've been doing the drop set technique, but with the 2nd and 3rd set I can only hit 2 or 3 machines before time runs out. Need to lift faster!

I have two suggestions regarding instructional video content. If you already coverered these topics, please, direct me to your video; I am still going through each one. 1.)lower ab to get pronounced v-shape that extends towards groin area. I am having trouble finding exercises to get this. 2.)low to intense stretching techniques…if you are one that enjoys stretching.
