I've used NO Explode for a while now and also USP Lab's Jack3d and so far I have lost 35 lbs in about 4 months…both products are great to use just watch the dosage..I have gotten way more muscle growth with NO Explode though

Hopefully someone sends you a picture of them going from skinny to buff, you rarely see those at all compared to overweight people losing weight. Ive been looking all over the web for skinny people transformations, and i haven't seen a great one yet

@Julionp Think of it like Arnold did. If you don't feel the burn, you're not growing enough muscle. It's those last 2 or 3 reps,which you mentally cannot do, that will cause the most growth. You get mentally tired thats why people give up but your body is only physically tired when you cannot do the last rep at all!
