Question: Untill recently, I had to rely on body weight squats, going 2-3 minutes non stop for them, and I just now as able to acquire a squat rack, what's a good starting weight to do conventional squats, rep count, and so on? Also, how do I do them without wrecking my neck, since I can never QUITE knew where to put the bar on the shoulders, and any good ways to cushing the bit resting on you?

Scott, I'd really like a video that improves strength and endurance while doing wrestling-specific exercises. I know that you were/are a wrestler yourself, and I would MUCH appreciate a video that could help me achieve the best on the mat. And those tank-tops look awesome. I'll buy one and make sure to wear it around my practices, and get some more people in on the hermanation.
