scott when you tone up for summer and shoots and stuff, do you push heavy weights too keep your size or do you do alot of reps on a light weight?

If scott does not know then can someone tell me?

I guess it's a good idea, but, i prefer the single-exercise-videos because i guess you can index them and be able to see what's what xL

I can think of a valentines day workout to do with my gf using our body weight.. if you know what i mean.. luls

But seriously, lots of sex can replace cardio. Esp for guys since we do all the work. I'm not kidding.

i thought if you are cutting you should go light just because heavy makes you use more carbs as fule, plus the fact that your takeing a restricked diet wouldent your body try and find enegery from somwhere else e.g your musle.

seen alot of people max up on heavy training and they dont match it with the diet so the body starts to brake down their musle as fule lol so just wanted to know a safe way with out makeing me loose muscle mass

Its good to have the muscle mass but make sure you have the defintion as well. If you stay light for your whole workout then hit up a heavy set towards the end its a great way to schock your muscles and gain lean muscles mass. Or switch it up. Have a light day then a heavy day. And of course have a higher ratio of protein to carbs.

I think the Saturday idea is great.I like the idea of having individual workouts filmed all on to one video. Very organized keep up the good work.

I loved the FOF interview. It was soo funny when he impersonated your exhale! LOL. And the protein mistake was interesting. Could u vlog about more common mistakes/myths people make? Or even unexpected ones?

scott, REALLY important question
What if your a muslim and ramadan comes along?
That will totally stuff up my meal plan. What do I do?
Hope this comment doesnt turn you off from replying… 😛

My friend asked me the same question…. I would not do anything involving over exerting yourself during ramadan to avoid muscle breaking down for energy.

🙂

@ScottHermanFitness
One more question lol, sorry.
Im still planning on training roughly an hr after my 1st meal in ramadan. Now because I hvant eaten at all thoughout the day, if I train as per usual AFTER that meal, would my muscle still rapidly break down for energy? Coz Its just one meal, you know what I mean.. The rutein would be, my 1st meal, then a work out, then another meal b4 the next day….
