Hey Scott I have a question, how often should you train a body part per week to increase muscle mass? I've looked online and some sites say twice a week while others say once a week. Im torn. I've always worked out twice a week and i think once won't be enough. Thank you
@costales84 there's no shortcuts with stuff you can take.. there are supplements that can help by 'supplementing' a good diet.. but at the end of the day eat heaps and monitor your protein/carb intake… in conjuction with lifting heavy.. you will see gains.. check out all the exercises on scott's page, they will help with your confidence if your just starting out

I wish i had the energy to be this fit…but i have to wake up at 9;30 catch the bus a 10:20 get to the gym at 11:00 work out intel 1:00 leave the gym catch the bus get to work by 1:45 and work for eight and a half hours intel 10;00 pm and then take the bus home and catch about 8-9 hours of sleep. 🙂 lol THAT'S DEDICATION
