Your 10 minute workouts are awesome for working professionals like me. Although I'm confused if they're only for women. Most of the comments seem to be only from women.

Yes I'm ready! Fainted a little when I saw the lenght of the 1st workout, I don't know why I'm always scared when a workout is more than 38 minutes because each time it goes well and rather quickly
