Great video. I fully enjoyed myself on Thanksgiving (family, friends, and FOOD!) and just went back to clean eating the next day :). No shame here!

This is such a great video. It's real and honest. I completely agree with what you guys are saying! I've had my fair share of cheat days and I'm not overweight. Last christmas I literally terrified myself with the amount of food I managed to fit into my body!! On the days afterwards I usually feel so gross that I want to get back on track! Thanks for making these videos guys, keep it up 🙂

I have a question about metabolism. Can you permanently damage your metabolism? or is this something that your body usually regulates based on daily intake, stress hormones, etc?

Cause life is not only here for food and training there is so many little things you must appreciate especially holidays , judging ourselves because of that one piece of cake which is prepared by you or someone, with a lots of love and only that time you will try that and meybe that will be the most greatest cake you ever tried ,gosh that's just piece of cake and if you're not feeling full that's absolutely fine your body will enjoy that if you enjoy …. Everybody like that moments , that's just time for celebrating , tnx to universe that you are again in front of ppl which you love and you enjoy in that perfect meals , somebody add some good spice in that and that smells heavenly so go for it and just don't be ashamed your just human and enjoy in life like everyday workouts is not here to punish its here to feel good in your body and love that and respect , your body will be still strong and beautiful 🙂

I look forward to Aunt Eva's sweet potato casserole all year long! Enjoy the rare holiday feasts! The bloat and weight comes back off when you get back to "normal" clean eating and regular exercise. I want my teen daughter to have the healthy mindset you're advocating. Food is important on holidays to our extended family. I don't want to ruin their fun and hard work and joyful traditions by being that "fussy" clean eater. I can do that at home 😉 I love your approach. Great sdvice! Especially the "don't skip meals." Life is short. Eat the sweet potato casserole and hug the woman who made it for you. God bless.
