Here we go, you guys! 2021 is just around the corner and I want you to take on the 21 Day Tone Challenge…are you in? I am not going to get into what 2020 was…but personally I am glad that 2021 is just about here and I want to enter the new year with fresh, strong new energy!! Do you feel the same way? We may not know what next year is exactly going to look like, but I do know that we have some control over our destiny, so let’s make the most of 2021!!
I wanted to make sure that with this program I created something that would give you structure, build your strength and make you happy. Isn’t that what we all want? So here’s how the challenge will work. For 21 days just follow the challenge calendar and be active each day for a maximum of 30 minutes. Simple right? We can do this you guys! Are you in? Let’s go!!!
Here’s what you need to do if you want to join the challenge:
1. Download the Body By Blogilates App here: (free during the challenge)
2. Take a Before Picture
3. Complete the Workout of the Day
4. Drink at Least 64oz of Water a Day
5. Replace Refined Carbs with Vegetables
6. Replace Processed Sugary Foods with Fruit
7. Take an After Photo and Post Your Results

IM IN!!!!!!! I haven’t been active since high school, I had a kid a year ago and I just haven’t given my body the time. Im blessed with a great metabolism however i know that won’t last forever and I’m definitely flimsy and I’d like to feel better and more capable to play with my son and the extra bonus of firming up and looking better!

I started in march of 2021 and after being consistent with the videos I liked I lost about 15 lbs in fat but it took me months. I went up 2 sizes from a 6 to a 10 in a good way and I filled out more wanting progress is all about doing the workouts rights being consistent I do the arm and ab tone.
