I did this like 2 years ago and I lost 4 kg in a WEEK !!! Idk if that’s completely healthy but I didn’t starve myself or did I spend my day at the gym but the results were crazyyy

Kudos for the Video clip! Forgive me for butting in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you heard about – Taparton Complete Cleanse Takeover (do a google search)? My parents and I are taking up this challenge and within the first week you start to realise you have an addiction to certain things (like processed food and dairy for me). I been dreaming about them and it’s only day 4 but I really want to help my stomach feel better and treat my body kindly🌸

I'll do this in February this year but I know I'll go hungry for the whole month. It's strange how gluten free was such a trend because if one isn't allergic one doesn't have to take it out. I'm curious to go without dairy though and see if it brings a change or not.

This is the first challenge that I've been excited to try AND its free! I totally get having to make money with content BUT Ive purchased challenges before and they were $50-$100 literally for a vague meal plan that anyone could google themselves. I will be trying this one!
