by YouTube Team

Although during his Olympia reign, Ronnie Coleman was known for his freaky mass, early in his career he was very aesthetic.

Maybe he has a myostatin deficiency?🤔 they say he didn’t roid till after he got his pro card.. it could be possible with a true myostatin deficiency …

I do believe Ronnie when he said when he turned pro he was natural. The guy was a freak of nature even from day 1 when he walked into the gym, the owner saw his potential. He didn’t really have a clue what he was doing for years until he got the right advice and then he became the unbelievable Ronnie Coleman. I’ve never seen anything like him before or since, he was just mind blowing.

Not the perfect physique. Short and small high calves like a lot of black BBs.

If Ronnie won his pro card naturally then it was the work ethic period still. Shoulda, woulda, coulda. You can only judge him as a bodybuilder period! Moving on even though he looked pretty good through out his career, the 98 Olympia was very impressive. No bubble gut with the size cuts and symmetry. If he won being young like Haney when he first won he may have broken that record…

I think Breon Ansley has some of the best genetics and if he wanted could add some mass and compete very well in open bodybuilding

With the genetics of black guys and their battle for big calves? How did Ronnie Coleman manage to get his smallish calves as a young man to the huge calves he possessed during his reign as ,Mr Olympia?

Who else is here after 2019 Mr Olympia to speculate the resemblance of Patrick Moore with Young Roonie Colman?

Apparent Ronnie was natural when he turned pro too and competed natty for a short period. That’s insane and I can totally believe it.

I am in agreement with you Nick!. Nice work on the video. I would put the younger version of Ronnie ahead of Arnold. Ronnie in those days was much more shredded and well defined. Aesthetically pleasing too!

Well said. He would have crushed the classic division if it existed when he first went pro.

He reminds me so much of Lee Haney in his younger years.
