You say one and a half hour is a decent training session. Is that including warm up cardio? Also, is it true that intense cardio after a workout destroys the muscle? Would you recommend cardio before and after a trainingsession? I am cutting btw

when it comes to dealing with gym dicks, wipe them down and make sure no one is using them first. maybe work in with someone if needed
ur videos are so great im 14 and i lost fat just through eating right over a few months and its fun what i also do is playing football or soccer( sorry i always forget what its called in the UK im from GER^^) and ur advices are very helpful:)
What's the best way to do meal prep chicken? Cook it all then instantly refrigerate or leave for a while then refrigerate? Also, how much chicken per meal? Thanks for any advice!!

Great video, I just think it's hard to commit to watching 20 min vids. It's easier to watch 5-7 mins at a time cause the longer vids tend not to keep your attention. Sometimes I click cause of the title and only want that info, not all the additional and lose interest and leave before I find out. Or maybe it would help to post timestamps in the description. Hope you see this, thanks Lex.
