Yes please, Ballet Box playlist. I plan to keep it up through June plus a few others of yours. I have never in my life been as consistent and hard working about exercise as I have this last month – 47 years old in August. And I've enjoyed all of it so much. Also I've just discovered another YouTube, Becky Gillaspy, who explains so much about menopause and weight gain/loss. I need to be more patient and keep persevering.

lucy u r the best n inspirational for me.. please suggest me how to loose 20 kg… I was 60kg but now after one baby I am 80 kg. My baby is 5months old n doctor told me to go for exercise but which one would help me to loose weight fast only you can suggest. plzzz suggest me… love xoxo

Thank you Lucy! I am excited for July. For now, I will just go back to some of your workout challenges in the past that I haven't done yet. I only lost 1 kilo this month because I haven't been so faithful in eating clean. But, doing this month's challenge was helpful. I started 4minute HIIT since March, and since then I lost a sum of 4 kilos now. For me, that's already a great accomplishment. I better be happy for losing bit by bit than gaining more. Ahhhh, I love your workouts and challenges so very much! I can honestly do them every day. I will say though, I like longer workouts so I do some of your videos several times and I feel so great afterwards. Thank you so so so much gorgeous! You are amazing and your workouts are incredible and I'm so happy I have found you! x

Just finished May's challenge. A little bit late as we had a wonderful holiday in Donegal. We were in a lovely cottage overlooking a salmon river. We had no tv no wi fi and no phone. Idyllic. Looking forward to the next challenge. Thanks for all your hard work. Lucy' s squad really appreciate it. Xx😊😊🌞🌞💐🍾

LOVE your work outs. I just started this month (May) I am trying to get back in shape. I have put on over 40lbs in the last 6 mon. I lost 130lbs after I began Menopause so this is a bit of a let down. I do have a demanding job and I'm sure that has contributed.
I love the idea of a play list for the challenges.

Hi Lucy! I'm so sad when your monthly challenges come to an end. We get to connect with you each day, each week. It's wonderful! I am so thrilled at how you challenge us all. You're amazing! I can't wait for what you have in store for us next month! I really truly love the idea of having this months challenge as a play list to do it again!!! I didn't realize that could be done! What a great idea! Thank you for your hard work on our behalf. Also, would you sprinkle the circle arms workouts into future challenges, as well as chair workouts again. I like how this exercise works the deltoid muscle and tones the triceps and biceps. I really liked the chair workouts. These help when there are injuries. Thank you so very much. dear Lucy.
