The difference between form for just getting strong and doing max lifts should be pointed out. The bench is a perfect example. You don't need to arch your back to train to get stronger. You can get a higher max by arching as you are changing leverages. People training to get strong don't need to worry so much about "perfect" form (meaning form to maximize lift potential/leverage). The only form someone just looking to get stronger needs to worry about is to prevent injury. This is usually what feels natural and will be different for everyone.
It's almost like…. the Law of Specificity and Individuality should be considered before anything in teaching an athlete, client, patient, attendee, or student how to squat
There is no one who has such an excellent talent to over talk, agree and disagree with his own statements while kissing everyone's ass and ride the fence of neutrality. Buddy-boy you should've been a politician.
After Stan video with Jujimufu on low bar squat I improved my squat from 135lbs 8 struggling reps to 225lbs 10 reps in just one week. Stan said in the video that is just another option, that is people is doing high bar squat and is working out for them that they should be keep doing so.

Calf raises are bad for the knees.
He didn’t claim you have to do low bar. He said there’s probably minimal difference and high bar is fine
