In today’s world, where there is a tendency to focus on the hard and fast hustle, it’s more important than ever to retain a willingness and the ability to slow down. It’s not always easy to do, but we heal and regenerate when we rest. Mind and body. We feel better when we take time to move slow and be still. Tap into the parasympathetic nervous system and invite the body to find a peaceful homeostasis.
This practice allows you to relax the weight of the body. It invites you to wring out a little stress. Bring your attention back to you.
Suggested Prop: 1 or 2 blankets. (A towel works too!)

Thank you! Needed this so much today! My hubby has Covid and taking care of him at home. Everything today felt like one step fwd and 14 steps back…was frantic and frenzied all day. Really needed to slow my roll and this did just that for me. I am feeling more centered and grounded now! 💖

Using the blanket as a roll for the spine was genius. I gave into the relaxing heaviness and in each breath I could feel little “pops” as my spine corrected itself. Feels like I went to the chiropractor – so relaxed. Thank you.

Wass a little worn out today. Did yoga when I woke up and followed up with yoga at our Senior Citizen Center and end the day with YWA again! My arms are too short to extend around my bent legs, but I still enjoyed the session. Mr. Lower Back was missbehaving a little, but I finished a great session! Thank You!
