This is one of my favourite YWA practices in a morning, good length, bit of everything but not too strenuous. After nearly 18 months of doing on line yoga feel its so important for my wellbeing and really notice the differences in my everyday movement and suppleness of body (i hestitate to use teh word flexibility as i am not the most flexible however i feel looser and less stiff in the joints). Want to say a big thanks to Adriene for the great videos, easy going attitude and opening up yoga. Thanks so much.
How do you correctly sit in this starting posture?
I like the short sequence but I do not like the presence of the dog which feels unsanitary. Also, yoga instructor is a bit too much “familiar” with audience.
Not usually a fan of yoga, however I really enjoyed this. I feel great
