hola Tiffany t sigo desde estas navidades y me gustaría saber como puedo eliminar o mejorar el bajo vientre, tengo cifosis y lordosis (demasiada curvatura arriba y abajo den la columna), no tomo refrescos, ni azúcar ni grasas no saludables, los lácteos son desnatados y/o vegetales.
cuando intento hacer abdominales (sobre todo tijeras o levantar y bajar las dos piernas a la vez), siento descargas de corriente en la ciática, si insisto va a peor y tengo que dejarlo. algún consejo o tipo de ejercicio efectivo?.
