I was just about to click away ans chose another video when Adriene said "or if you didnt sleep for what ever reason." Sometimes my brain is drawn to a practice before I know why and it's usually right!

Day 29 Still, I loved all parts of this amazing practice, at first I was reluctant to do it and I was searching another one to replace it, eventually decided to go on with the calendar! I'm glad now since all moves were making me be active specially lovely breathing at the beginning to detox my body from any stagnant energy! ❤🥰😍❤

A tightness in the hips this time around which required me to back off and then start again. Also, I tend to get lost on the first side in this one when not facing the video. It feels slightly quicker to me than some other sequences. It is nice though.
