It's great to see how many people are still doing sessions from Adriene so many years ago and your right Adriene doesn't look any different, great back drop, loved the swans, and as it's May here in the UK and so wish I could do my Yoga outside, but the weather is windy and rainy, a wet May this year, namaste everyone, thank you Adriene great session as always xx

I was only able to get through about 2/3 of this practice today and that was with taking a little 1-minute break at around minute 16 (something i normally don't let myself do)! Gonna have to come back to this toughie and try it again in the future

This practice is hard, but so fulfilling! I love the idea of releasing cellular memory and the kindness that permeates Adrien's instructions. Also, the big third eye geese at the end of the video is so funny and just what I needed to lighten up!

i dont do sports that much and i am super lazy and find excuses, but ive been sticking with yoga since the beginning of the year when ,,breath" started. i would say over these months i missed maybe about 20 days in total and i am so proud of myself. todays practice was hard for me and i think i could only do it because its you who i am practicing with, adriene. thank you so much. i feel so proud after doing yoga and its so amazing. i cant even believe i just did it.
