Yoga For Writers | Yoga With Adriene – Yoga With Adriene

by YouTube Team

The hardest part is showing up. Let this practice be a beautiful step in the right direction as something that supports you in your efforts as a writer.

This session invites you to choose a soft and easy approach that welcomes you to show up as you are. This 30 min video also offers you an opportunity to rejuvenate the brain and body.

If you are not a writer or an aspiring writer, this supportive practice is a great reminder to everyone who is working towards a goal (whatever the goal may be) that your process toward the goal is perhaps what matters most.

Create a healthy flow of energy to get those creative juices flowing. Write your own story.

Let me know how it goes for you in the comment section down below!

Namaste.

Writing your own story has the power to teach oneself about one’s Self.
And a story, well and honestly told, has the power to connect us to a shared experience.
Write your own story.

I'm a high school senior taking a screenwriting class and we have 120 pages due in two weeks and I'm only on page 55 with major writers block. I decided to revisit my freshman year coping mechanisms of doing yoga and this video ended up calming me down a lot. Thank you! 🙂

This is one of my ALL time YWA faves. So good at unlocking neck and shoulder angst, with some lovely encouragement to be more creative added in. Thank you Adrienne x 🙂
