Even when I'm not in a bad mood which happily is hardly ever, this is a great centering practice. I love how we are reminded that we are responsible for our moods and how we choose to live our lives.💚

Been a long time follower. Unfortunately I’ve taken quite a break from these wonderfully curated calendars/playlists. As many of you are I have been going through a very stressful and anxiety inducing period. Had my 4th panic attack this week. As always Adriene is the lighthouse in the darkness leading me back to self care and peace. I can not thank you enough for all that you do for all of us all around the world and just how much this video helped me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Namaste 🙏🏼

I just found out I need to isolate for 14 days and immediately came to this video. I feel calm and ready to figure out how I'm going to do this! Thank you Adriene.
Had a horrible day, and completed this practice. It turns out the very thing that kept me tossing and turning in bed, was nothing to worry about. The moral of the story: the thing you’re worried about might not even happen. 😐
Cultivate Day 13 – Didnt get around to practicing last night – but giving myself some grace. Double up day 🙂 This one in the morning – Day 14 in the evening. This practice has me feeling absolutely amazing afterward & I wasn't in a bad mood to start with. Meditated in shavasana for about 20 minutes to Meditative Mind's channel. If you're in a tough place, try to remind yourself it is only temporary. As is our human experience on Earth. Feelings, moods, bad moods, they are all temporary. With the conscious breath & regular practice – we can learn to sit with how we feel, feel it, and allow it to leave as it's seen and heard. This is the process of feeling & letting go. Namaste loved ones. You are amazing.🙏🏼🌌

gee this yoga's doing me good. i can feel old habits fall away, back straighten, muscles release – it's really good for getting all your body cells talking to each other. really good for achieving my perfect life – less comfort eating, self-destructive habits, everything. yay!
I am not in a very bright place right now and still i'm bless that my boyfriend is very supportive when I am feeling anxious and in a bad mood. However, just as Adriene said I am responsible for my happiness It is defintely a hard thing to do but I want to take that responsibility.
