I can’t believe I’ve never done this video before! Thank you Adriene, for having the courage to make laughter a part of this practice – it was awesome! Perhaps it’s because I didn’t see it coming, but my fake laughter would start to wane and then you’d have a big laugh and then I would laugh for real. I can only imagine how hilarious this would be in a group setting. Thank you for another amazing practice 🙂

this has changed my mood so much, i have a lot more clarity now over what made me so upset and angry. adriene is so amazing, she feels like a friend that really, really cares for you and isn't doing this for any other reason, its rare to find.
and the laughing part? omg i did NOT expect to laugh! pretty sure my roommates think i've finally lost my mind cause i was truly hysterically laughing lol and it changed my mood so much! thank you, thank you. and thanks to anyone reading this comment. thanks for taking care of yourself.

Soooo I was having a bad day today, I was scrolling through the time of this video just to kinda see what kind of poses were in here.. then I skipped to the laughing part at the end and was like "oh no THIS is the video that has the laughing!!" But I decided to let it play and follow along with the laugh and it really does help! It kind of puts things into perspective and almost "tricks" your mind and body to respond with positivity. Much better than dwelling on whatever made you angry or upset. Very surprising 🤯

Wow! I know these videos are pretty old, but I just now discovered them. So I have done yoga in the past and wanted to get back into it. I did one of your videos the first day and I totally fell in love with you. (not in a creepy way, lol!) You are absolutely the most real, funny, and just awesome yoga instructor and I will not watch anyone else. Your videos are amazing and so helpful. And the humor you put in does not go unnoticed, I laugh out loud a lot. So from the bottom of my heart I want to thank you!!

Thank you Adreinne. I recently started practising yoga with you and I am so glad that you have a yoga video for EVERYTHING. I suffer from complex PTSD and I struggle with anger so much. This video made me cry at the end where you asked us to laugh I was crying and laughing at the same time.
