All I can say is WOW! I have done 3 of these practices in this series. I really did not choose these for weight loss but man it is amazing and it is definitely toning the entire body. I have been so sore and that is awesome because I know it is working. Awesome job! Ready for tomorrow. Namaste!

Hellooo??? Anybody home?? I realize this video is 6 years old but maybe someone will still see this message? I have had no success in finding a good yoga mat cleaner that will not cause it to be slippery, at all! I have a Hugger Mugger Para natural rubber mat. I've tried the Dawn/water mixture in a spray bottle, thinking that should work well but it made it slippery — even after I rubbed and rubbed it dry. The other mat cleaners involve essential oils. OIL. That can't be good to avoid a slippery mat. Any suggestions?

This video seems abruptly cut. The session starts mid-flow and there is a sequence where you focus one leg, but the video skips over the same sequence for the other leg. It would be a great video if it was complete.

I'm gonna have to "build up" to finish this exercise. I could only make it to 20:36 before I couldn't control my shakes and my legs gave out. It's my first time doing yoga, started 5 days ago twice a day to your videos but this is the first I couldn't make it through. I'll keep at it, thank you adriene

I skipped around today because it is a beautiful day and I will most likely be in my garden at some point. Gotta say yoga has made me alot more agile as I weed or plant, haven't stepped on anything lately, ha. Thank you Adriene for a great metaphorical and actual practice💐💚

It's still shock me just how a lot of people have no clue about Okibetonic Secrets (just search it on google) even though lots of people lost tons of weight with it. Thanks to my pal who told me about it. I have lost a lot of weight.

When it comes to eating healthy, you have to try not to fall victim to modern day fad diets. Extreme diets undoubtedly are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your daily nutritional intake. Many of these fad diet plans work for a short period and then the benefits decrease after a while. You should look up Okibetonic Secrets on google since it isn't just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

Hi Adrienne, I’ve been subscribed to your Utube channel for a while now. I have put on a lot of weight and your videos are fantastic. I have fractured my ribs and healing well. One small question I don't do yoga in morning but do at 7pm evening…. will it gonna harm or I may continue?? ur suggestion will be highly helpful.
