I'm not sure but ,if anyone else wants to discover wants to learn about yoga fitness program try Nevolly Yoga Expert Nerd (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my co-worker got amazing results with it.

how can she straighten her leg up so far? when she turns her hips, won't she give too much pressure on her back? (I think I heard it in another video)
or does 'open you hip' mean to turn the hip 'horizontal' to the ground? (I'm not native English)

First time I did this one, my wrists were aching and I was getting frustrated that I couldn't do half of these to completion. Just now, after about a week of sporadic fitness blender sessions between school and work, I felt more confidant this time around. Thanks fitness blender!

This is the only workout that I didn't like 🙁 I was expecting peaceful yoga with a lot of stretching but instead we got two pushup repetitions and plank positions. Not enjoyable at all. Had to give this one a thumbs down.
