Join me for this 23 minute Yoga For Transitions. There is nothing like times of transition to remind us of the importance of residing in the present moment. Thresholds are beautiful… but change can be uncomfortable. Can we remember to trust the process and utilize our tools?
This fun session, with a focus on deep hip openers, low back relief, and core strength, is healing for the body, mind, and spirit. Sink into the wonder and excitement of the unknown. Tap into your intuition and move with intention.
Pay attention. Be present within times of transition, as they can hold great value and bring out your inner wisdom!
Make it beautiful.
Let me know how it goes for you in the comment section down below.
Namaste.

In this time of transition, how do you finish the sentence – I choose…?
As we head into the 5th (or 6th) wave here in France and we celebrated Christmas with family and residents of the retirement home yesterday at a hot chocolate and brioche 'tea' yesterday I realize how important these daily sessions are for me to help me get through the last 2 years so I am strong enough and calm enough to continue working despite everything. I don't think I would have made it thus far without them. Thank you so much Adrienne – you help so many people in so many situations allowing us to take time for ourselves, live in the present moment and listen to our bodies and our hearts.
Best 20 minutes ever. Love these so much!!
That is one chilled dog! Benji is a role model to us all. Thank you Adriene
Thank you so much for this practice! Such a perfect flow to help me feel comforted in a time of uncertainty and transition from one chapter to another
I would love to know what us folks with crunchy knees who can't get down into squats and child's pose can do instead… how to move toward those forms.
Happy Trails to you too! Thanks Miss Adriene! You always help to put a smile on my face! I sure do appreciate you! 😊❤️
What a way to start the day. I definitely met my appropriate edge haha had to tell myself multiple times, I can do hard things. 😅 but all in all, perfect practice for the message. Things can get uncomfortable before they transition. We have to learn how to sit with that
I choose to let go…❤
Great practice–balanced with some heat and some slower moments. The flying poses are tough, especially the side-crow, or whatever it is called!
I choose to stay healthy and strong in both mind and body so I may enjoy and maneuver through this life 🌝
I choose to be true
I choose to be as Mindful and true to self N others
I choose to stay grateful to body and mind
I choose to take care of self (so I can serve others)
May all be well and have ease of being for now, for 2022 for all transitions
Namaste to all practising – Season Greetings, happy holidays and GREAT 2022 (Looking forward to MOVE!!!) yay!
Day 17 of Balance and there was noooo chance of any kind of flying today as my knees are too swollen to even squat lol. Last time I did this practice was my 100th day in a row. Today is 170/365 🥰
I choose to be happy, healthy me 🙂 Balance: Day 17 – did three yoga session this week, slowly accomplishing my goal to be more consistent <3
Reminding myself to always choose love over fear ❤
i choose you, pikachu!
When I arrived at that moment I thought: "Whoa, this is the side crow one!" and I attempted it, but I went to a straight crow, because I managed to stay on it less than 1 second. Maybe another day! Crow seemed impossible but here I am. Maybe next year I'll stand in side crow. Good luck to everybody!
I choose to live my life
Thank you Adriene 🧘🏼♀️
🙏
Day 17 complete my sister and I still liked this one. 12/17/2021
Day 17 of December ❤️🙏🏼
Balance Day 17: I choose to be consistent.
That was LOVELY, Adriene. Thank you. I also did this practice at the end of a year — two years after you recorded it and sent it out into the world. (Its been a Loooooooong two years! So enormously grateful to have your company throughout it.)
"Sometimes things get uncomfortable before they transition." 🌿
I kind of just stared at Adriene in awe when she did those side crow poses.
Balance Day 17;
I choose me.

Beautiful practice for a Sunday morning. Thanks Adriene. Love reading the comments. Such a supportive and positive community.
This was sooooo on time for me. My middle school just closed due to high COVID infection rates. I'm back at home teaching vitrually. I'm lucky my curriculum operates in the digital realm so it's not a difficult switch. But it was an emotional switch. I did not want to come back to this. I want my life back. We were just opening up, going out… now we're sliding backward. I'm resistant to this change which is messing with my head. There are some real bright sides to working virtual, #1 I can practice yoga every day in the morning. #2 Though a bit confused, my dog is happy to have me home. There are more, but most of my honor students are very disappointed. They miss their friends. The isolation was hard on them. We will be home until January 14th…I'm having March 2020 flashbacks.
This practice felt so good !
My 26th YWA session – loved it. I'm putting a comment on the ones I have done so far. It is now the 21st of December which means I'm always a full month in with yoga every day!
This video actually selected me. We have all been transitioning these last two years. Hope and health to all!
Happy New Year! Just what I need
a perfect practice for new year's eve! A happy and healthy new year, everybody!
Thank you and Happy New Year:)
Doing this on the very first day of the year. It's 70 something degrees here in NC so I came outside today. Feels much more nourishing when my hands touch the moss during a practice. 🙂
Exactly the challenge I needed to start my day! Thank you Adriene!♥️
