Thank you so much for this! I've revived my love for sewing, but it comes with the same risks as long hours on the computer. You helped me relieve a very sore neck, and I now know to work these movements into my everyday life.

Started the day positive however had crappy ppl who really …. wow make u feel like crap. well, was in need to reframe my mind / body & state of energy … burn some incense hop onto mat! tada! 28mins of flow – nourish!

as long as I continue this practice my neck feels better. Thank you. I am a plumber and hearing a yoga teacher use a plumbing metaphor.. when Im not trying to think of my job… The lesson was great . thank you.

helps me so much when i get a sore neck from a day of bad posture. leading up to that fish really unlocks and helps me straighten out. still a little sore, but much more capable! thanks A 🙂
