Saturdays session is short and I needed this one after a long knitting session
I started working from home at my phone and laptop and my shoulders and neck have been seriously hurting! this provided some amazing relief and helped me activate my middle back muscles! Thank you!

Thank you so much for this! I've revived my love for sewing, but it comes with the same risks as long hours on the computer. You helped me relieve a very sore neck, and I now know to work these movements into my everyday life.

Started the day positive however had crappy ppl who really …. wow make u feel like crap. well, was in need to reframe my mind / body & state of energy … burn some incense hop onto mat! tada! 28mins of flow – nourish!
