If you only have time for one thing, I suggest making it your yoga practice. Here you can stretch, burn, sweat, soothe, tone, trim, release, massage, relax and most importantly bridge the gap between your precious mind and body. Don’t burn yourself out any longer.
Your at-home practice is one for both your mental, emotional and physical health.

Thank you as this flow really gave me a lot of comfort. Finally muster the courage to tender and feeling raw as uncertainty of what's to come. There's so many mixed emotions of doubt/ self judgement / stress/ burnout / fatigue etc Tho I know deep inside I have made thr right choice yet there's that other side of self that often self sabotage … dont we all! So, this flow really bring me to 1 of your many good reminders – find what serves u (me) and let go of what doesnt. Much gratitude and Namaste to all practicing 🙂

Man o man, this session felt real good for the upper back. Nice stretches. The meditation portion put me in a slight snore before remembering to wake up. It's easy to cross that hair line from meditation to a snooze.

I wasn't stressed but this was still a good practice and also a reminder to stop being so hard on myself and my body. I wore shorts during this practice & was conscious of the fact that all I was doing was looking at & criticising my legs in my head. I really need to learn to show my body more love and respect 🙏🏻

Well turns out I did this same class about 10 months ago…and this time I took the class with 73 others who were feeling like this was appropriate for today. Thank you for the reminder to get back on the mat, to take the time for my physical, mental, and emotional well being. I am worth it to take care of myself. Each of us are worth it. For me, the practice today with Adriene felt like reuniting and spending time with long-time best friend. It's night time and everyone has gone to bed. So it was just me and Adriene chilling out together. I didn't have to pretend anything with her. Just be how and where I am today.. listen to her talking, moving my body, ignoring her sometimes and doing my thing and knowing that that's perfectly okay.. it felt like I am home. I find myself basking in such a powerful feeling of security and comfort.. almost like sleeping on mom's lap while she caresses my head and lulls me to sleep…
