I this video inspires you to do what is sometimes the most difficult part, which is simplifying, peeling back the layers, and just showing up.

I share this question with you, “How will you show up?”
Just take a moment to breathe with that.

I don't know if you take requests off older youtube comment threads, but could you make a yoga sequence that was a deep stretch, but doesn't involve downward dog? I hate having to always having to quit a video midway through or skipping through parts because it irritates my dysautonomia so bad…

This practice is not the best for knees that actually hurt. Weak knees? Yes. Sensitive knees? Maybe. Painful knees? No! Love you, Adriene, but this almost made me throw up from the pain 🙁

Great to have this video, I think others have requested a shorter version and I'd be very interested in that. I wonder if maybe a video covering other joints at the same time? I'm thinking specifically elbows but maybe hips and wrists too. Thanks so much for your videos you've helped me bring yoga into my life in the past six months and it feels great.

Had to take a detour to this knee practice from the sept 2021 daily practice. After doing a few physiotherapy exercises for my knee this practice was wonderful . I might have to do this for a few days, because I’m pretty much hooked on spending time with you everyday and my knees can tolerate this full practice, 🙏

I can’t sit in lotus! Two bionic knees and scar tissue . How do I get up and down from the floor!

Arthritis in my left knee; my doctor advised working on the thigh muscles, and losing weight. I've lost 35 lbs (25+ to go), but I hadn't found a way to gently work on the muscles, and "all fours" yoga practices hurt. Looking forward to this one, to see how it works for me!

This video is making me realize just how disconnected I am from my inner thighs and how hard it is to activate them. I'm going to keep doing this video to see if I can establish that mind-body connection and hopefully take some of the strain off my knees!

Good Evening. Can you please recommend some of your videos that don't require knees to make contact with the floor. Still healing after a stack and the scar tissue is still tender. With Gratitude. Laura
