Starting to love those planks (with the exception of the side planks). Lower back partially cooperated today but I know my limits and the golden rule: Stop if there is pain. Arms and shoulders feel great. Now to enjoy the rest of the day.

This was wonderful; my first time doing yoga with you. My first half-marathon is in less than a month, and I'll admit, I haven't been training like how I should have. I've been emotionally hard on myself, telling myself I'm a failure for not doing exactly what I need to do. This reminded me to do the best I can, and don't be so hard on myself. I'll never be ready for the half-marathon, I just have to approach it with the best mindset. Thank you, and namaste 🙏
