I just finished my run and then accidentally did the pre run workout without realising – and then realised I did the post run before my run 😂 no wonder I was so slow and relaxed for it

This resulted from one of your other videos but you said to finish the sentence “I choose” and immediately I responded with “to let go” 😂

Sometimes I swear that saying Baddha Konasana is my favorite part of the run. Kinda seals the deal… love to have Adrienne on this journey.❤️

I gotta thank you, before I started doing it I always had some discomfort while running or after the run, ever since I started doing it, nothing, I range between 60-80km a week and it’s awesome.

Haven’t been able to go for a run ever since the pandemic. Finally got myself a treadmill, so here I am, starting all over again. It’s pretty tough, my body has weakened a little, but I feel SO good after a 20 minute easy run/walk, and this video is a great cool down! My muscles feel really good 😁♥️

Wow, just wow. This was great. We are beginner runners and really enjoying it. I have to say, isn’t it great that whatever we feel we need on any given day, we can search YouTube to find Adrienne’s version of whatever it is. She’s always there with that soft comforting voice. I appreciate the quirky sense of humor especially. Maybe because that’s how I am🤣 Thank you Adrienne.

Hi Adrene! Thanks so much. Whenever I get to the position at 2:24 i get an intense cramp in the outer, upper glut, only on the right side! This is the only circumstance where it arrives. Any troubleshooting suggestions?
