Yoga has the power to bring people together.

Though our practice we find a spot to share together.

To move, to breathe, to high five and thrive on common ground.

So, gather ye, one and all.

I hope you enjoy this week’s free workshop style practice…

Thankyou this was really great. Feel like I really got the 'lifting' thing by the end, have been trying to do occasional kegels for a while but this really connected me with what my pelvic floor actually is and how to engage it. Will definitely be returning to this vid! 😊

I love the exercises, thank you Adriene. But one thing that’s confusing to me is the concept of double triangles. Is this simply lifting the lower back as one does the bridge pose, or there are any differences? Btw, I have femoral hernia. I wonder if this exercise addresses that problem. Hope to hear from your followers. Thanks again.

Dear Adriene.
I had my anterior hip replacement 9 months ago. I can't wait to start doing my yoga, but I am afraid because four months after the surgery I tried some Yoga exercises and I was in a lot of pain and inflammation.
I guess that now I am ready. Do you have any routine that I can try? specifically design for this kind of situation ?
