Hi Adriene just wanted to say thank you so much for creating this video. I have suffered with chronic migraines for years and have recently decided to come off my medication in favour of mindfulness practice. Your videos have me cope so much better with the migraines. I tried this particular video for the first time tonight and my symptoms have drastically reduced. Thank you x

Thank you! I woke up with a mild migraine. I get 2-3 headaches in a week. I typically skip any exercise activity so when I found your video, I thought it was perfect. I used my lavender eye pad and I used MIGRELIFE Comfort Stick on the back of my neck and my temples. The pain has eased up, there is still tension, but I feel less nauseous. So glad I found this video.

Have been doing this and the vertigo one quite regularly, but wondered if there was any chance of a video for Vestibular migraine (a bit niche I know).

Seriously, if you have migraines, give this a go. I have hormonal migraines that don't respond to over the counter painkillers and this yoga session along with drinking lots of water and ginger tea (ginger is a known migraine fighter, people!) has been more helpful than prescription painkillers (which come with side effects) or hormonal birth control. Yoga doesn't dispell my migraines completely, but it makes them a lot more manageable.

Hi Adriene, I didn't have migraine today and decided to proceed with this. Towards the end I was lying down on the floor and I could see the sky through my window.. There were trees, leaves sparkling in the sunlight, birds chirping, the blue sky above and below I had adriene with me. It's a beautiful day indeed! ❤️ Thanks a lot for touching our lives everyday 🙂

I just had the worst headache following the vaccination, I laid on the floor and followed the breathing technique, 5 minutes in and I felt like that has already helped! Even though I didn't technically finish the whole video but I had the best rest listening to the pace of this video and your calming voice! I even got up and replayed this a few times during my nap! I know what i'll be listening to next time when I have a headache. Thank you so much Adriene xx

Just wanna say thank you! Ive had migraines since I was 9, so out of those 17 yrs, using this video is literally the quickest Ive ever resolved a migraine! They usually last for days and after I followed this video it went away almost immediately

Thank you so much for providing this guided yoga session! I have been sick with a fever in bed for the past three days and I am also going through nicotine withdrawals. I was feeling really stiff and headache-y but your video was really soothing and I feel much better now.
