When we are insecure we limit possibilities for growth and turn into folks who are just trying to survive.

I fell in love with yoga because it guides me to recognize my power.

When I choose to recognize my power – my brain, my body, and my spirit taste and feel like an oneness.

I don’t feel insecure or afraid, I feel whole.

Without a doubt, it is my at-home yoga practice that has shaped me and provided me with the time and space to explore not just my body but the connection to my spirit.

That recognition will turn your fears away and allow you to flourish in the garden of peace and happiness.

Each and every person will find themselves staring into the face of insecurity and fear, it is a part of life.

The trouble is that if we are not careful, we can easily get into the habit of feeding insecurities and thoughts born out of fear.

When your fear goes away, the divine takes over.

Wow, lucky 3! I re read the previous posts and marvel at the states of minds … of every moment is different. As I hope to remain present in the NOW. Yes there is insecurities anxieties yet being on the mat – well, find what serves me, what grounds me and helping me to resource with… all part of cultivate and thank you for including this. Namaste to all practising and lets whisper I am strong 🙂

I dont comment on these videos because it's all the same types of comments but I am doing the August practice with a friend and I've come to realize that after doing yoga I feel more in tune with myself and a lot of stress/anxiety is relieved and taken off my shoulders (literally). Just wanted to say thanks to Adrienne, if she see's this. ok back to being incognito

I've been feeling a little out of sync lately, going through a period of transition right now in life and not feeling too good in my skin. I'm so thankful for YWA and the way she teaches yoga, to have a much better relationship with ourselves. Thank you for this practice Adriene, it was just what I needed today. I'm going to step of the map feeling more comfortable in my skin, and own who and what I am. sending love to everyone who feels this way <3

Hi Adriene, I have been feeling out touch lately. I haven't done yoga for a while due to my wrist injury and my negative job. Now!, I have moved to new city, new job and getting back into the swing of things building a better and positive life for my life! This insecurity practice what was I needed :). I shouldn't feel so insecure about myself and I should just love who I am! x

Thank you. Was a little anxious about a music performance I have (in 2 hours) and decided to do this video. Right at the end where you said "and whisper to yourself…" and a voice in my head immediately said, "I got this" and one second later you said "I got this."
