Wonderful nuanced stretching. A great session for this non-climber who is afraid of heights!

Once again, I feel compelled to comment.

What I LOVE about your practice is that every day is an opportunity to turn up and learn. With your guidance, I felt things today that I would usually miss, ignore or forget. I loved this session very much and, just in time, feel energised to continue the journey with you and your wonderful community.

Not for the first time, and also not for the last… Thank you, Adriene

🙏🏻❤️

This was so so yummy! I had a great time during this practice. Body felt heavy and sore after starting a new job yesterday and this gave me exactly what I need to get on with the rest of my day. 💛

Whew that was intense 😳 I've been to a pool party for my grandaughters birthday so may have had a drink or 2 so wasn't feeling very balancey today 🤣

Loved this practice! It wasn't at all what I expected. I did it in pyjama shorts so I was fighting with bad body image throughout 😔 I'm trying to love my body with all its lumps, bumps & loose skin but it's so hard. This body is strong & it does so much for me. I need to be more respectful of it 🙏🏻

I wish I could add a picture in these comments – I had my very own hilarious "down dog" sharing my yoga mat during practice…my cat Penney! 😆 She was sprawled out, belly-up on the corner of my mat while I did today's video! I had to be careful not to step on her tail!

I added a few butt shakes and wiggles to get the tension out of my buttocks after those side leg crunches. It was a necessity for me. Thank you for the great practice today (and the little dance you created) 😉

I wasn’t looking forward to this practice. Balance is a real challenge.

I loved Adriene’s approach and the choice of poses. It was actually a lot of fun.

Missed this as was climbing Striding Edge, Helvellyn in UK. Biggest challenge as a non climber with fear of heights. Emotionally drained after it. Kindness of people around got me up. Just kept thinking breathe! This was perfect stretch practice and reconnect to inner calm. Thanks Adriene and to all those climbers that stopped to help me 🙏

I had some epiphanies while practicing today:
-Yoga doesn't have to be long, arduous, hard, challenging. Practicing yoga can be as simple as doing a forward fold, or taking a mindful moment with your breath and/or with your body.
-The more I practice yoga on the mat, the more I practice off the mat, and the more I see results in my mind, breath, mindset, and body in my everyday activities.
-Sometimes following through an entire yoga practice will be difficult, but that isn't a setback. Yoga is a journey, and you never really reach a certain destination. There is always room for more growth, more peace, more flexibility, more inner calm, more balance. But that is one of the things that make yoga so beautiful.
-Adriene is truly one of a kind, and I am so, so grateful that I have found her, and embarked upon this beautiful yoga journey with her, daily for the past 9 months. I'm beyond grateful and happy that I GET to practice with Adriene & Benji & the whole YWA community <3

Thank you for saying hamstrings are always tight. I was beginning to think there was something wrong with me as I practice daily and walk daily, and yet, the hamstrings are always tight when I show up.

This is the best "yoga for climbers" I've ever stumbled across. I like the way it's holistic and all-body. I've been doing this about a month and my fingers feel so much better and I feel like a stronger climber. The practice gets better every time I do it. Thank you, Adriene!
