However this message finds you today, I hope you can take a loving inhale in…
And follow your breath out,
As you remember, It’s a process.
Give thanks and praise for all that you are and all that you have.
What are you thankful for today?

Awesome practice. I've been trying to do legs up the wall once a day for at least 5 minutes because the feeling afterwards is so great. The way it literally gets the blood moving and causes you to breathe through the initial weird feelings is really beneficial.

The only thing missing was some nice stretching in this practice. Otherwise it was very calming. I almost fell asleep 🥰

Hi. I want to say how grateful I am for your video…. I have an undiagnosed chronic pain condition and needed a good yoga video to help me out. Little did I know how much more I would gain from your video!! I’m still crying as I write this, I didn’t know just how much physical pain and trauma my body was carrying from the years of mental and emotional abuse, and I’m only 33!! I’ve been struggling in my mind so much for so long but I wasn’t even aware just how neglected and unloved I’ve been. I’ve always known that I’ve been treated wrongly in different times of my life. But wow!! I was able to let something go today, even if just a little denial surrounding my hard shells. Thank you for this video. I actually felt self love for the first time by not neglecting myself. Thank you.

Last time and the majority of the time I have to respect Mr. Lower Back, but this time its hip pain. Stayed off doing a couple of sessions to see if it would help the pain. It did not, so I figured I'd try this and other yoga hip sessions, and yes it does help to do some good deep stretches. Hopefully it'll get better. Thank You!

Nourish Calendar:
Had skipped this practice earlier to save it for the day when I am feeling down and need the comfort. Yesterday and today have been really tough, more so mentally. This gentle practice brought me comfort to a certain extent. It helped me focus on the good things I have in my life instead of obsessing over the could-have and should-haves.
To whomever that needa it today, I sincerely hope that this practice brings at least a little comfort and peace in your day.

Hi Adrian, I am loving your videos. An practice with you often. I am looking for a video for real chronic pain. I experience a lot of heavy upper back pain because of fibromyalgia. But all the videos I can find for chronic pain are way to heavy fro when I’m in the pain. Fine for when I feel better though. Do you have something like that? It seems nobody can help me with it🥲. I hope you read this. Thank you for everything ♥️

I fell flat on my ass today. Was very worried I did some serious damage and, of course, turned to Yoga With Adriene for help. Found this practice and it helped, a lot. I would like to mention that legs up the wall could also be done with legs on the chair, for those of you doing that variation. Gracias Adrienita!

During stretching, there is for me, a sense of relief. However, it makes no difference to the pain. Can you recommend specific exercises that help to shorten the tissues? (Many physiotherapists advocate this.)

Thank you in advance.

Thank you, Adriene. Luckily, like some in the comments, I do not suffer from chronic physical pain, however, I have clinical depression. In addition to this, within the past 6 or 7 months I have gained 40-45 pounds and am now considered obese. I have been working from home during this time so I am hardly on my feet and my joints and muscles have suffered from this in the meantime. I used to be naturally flexible and would practice meditation and yoga frequently, but I lost my way over this past year. Your videos encompass both the physical and mental elements and the latter had me tearing up multiples times this evening. I am learning to continue this path of kindness towards myself. Thank you again.

Wonderful aligning practice. Your words of wisdom always inspire me. I used a block under my seat for legs "up the wall" in the middle of the room. I could stay like that for ten minutes! Enjoy your day and be well friends!

Anton Lavey, founder of the church of Satan once said that whether you use white magic (new age, yoga, etc) or black magic, you are contributing to Satanism.

Aleister Crowley, a very known Satanist used to do poses and stretches to attract demons

Demons not only are of darkness, but there are also demons that manifest as light. This is coming from someone who used to think that preachers were crazy. And I didn't even like the word "gospel" which means "good news". I was into the new age myself, Yoga, etc.

Jesus loves you very much. He is the son of God/God in human form, and he died to take away your darkness and sins, and to bring you eternal life. He is beyond 5D. He is the alpha and Omega. Time is running short, I do encourage you to read one of the four gospels of the new testament of the Bible. He healed the depressed, the sick, poor, rich, disabled, sexually immoral, etc. Please do not think that you are alone, God knows exactly what you are going through.

Any guilt, pain, and sorrow? Do not worry. Go somewhere private, and call out Jesus name with intent to believe that he died for you, and you will be saved. The word "repent" means to recognise your faults and pain of your past, and turning in the opposite direction of sin. Repent to Jesus, and him only, no one else. God bless.

I normally wouldn't post anything, but after reading these comments, I felt as though I needed to share my story as well. I began having health issues when I was 16. I wasn’t listening to my body until the pain became too much. I’ve been on the health journey for 3 years now, and I am not any closer to finding out what is wrong. I had my youth taken away from me before I was able to enjoy it. During my whole journey, not once did I hear someone say, “listen to your body, ask if it is okay with this” or even “this is where you are today and that's okay”. Instead, it was always “push through it” or “try your best to feel better”. This video allowed me to take into account what my body is feeling, and understand that it is doing it's best. I have always felt worse after doing yoga but for the first time in three years, I feel different in such an incredible way. Thank you so much for this video and thank you so much for those that shared their stories. I believe in every one of you and truly am so thankful that we were– in a way, able to share this video together. Very best wishes, you are all incredibly strong.

Dear Adrienne,
Once again you saved the day, and not just any day – but the last say of 2021. I looked for THIS video for my practice today, as I got the corona virus a few days ago – and feel sore and uncomfortable. The deep breathing helped me a lot 🙏 Namaste. Thank God, I'm not ill, but able to do this gentle yoga and celebrate New Years Eve in a slightly calmer version 😆
Looking forward to join your MOVE in 2022: Thank you, Adrienne 💜
