Yoga For Change And Drain | Yoga With Adriene – Yoga With Adriene

by YouTube Team

Cultivate the tools to accept change gracefully with Yoga For Change And Drain. This practice utilizes heart openers, hip openers, and lymphatic movement to help us sync up with the breath, focus on sensations, and connect to the body.

How do you react to change and drain? How do you react to challenges or things that you may not want to do?
Yoga reminds us to act consciously rather than just react instinctively.

Rock ’n roll with the waves of change and find the energy to bring about positive changes in your life!
Breathe lots of love in, and lots of love out.

I hope you enjoy this practice. Let me know how it goes down in the comment section below!

Remember that when you are practicing at home, there is someone practicing along with you – either at home or in Austin, Texas. Where are you practicing today?

Good morning, evening, dusk, dawn, my fellow yogis. Micah and Maya here, with full acceptance, we are allowing ourselves to rate this practice 10/10. I mean 9/10. We love you too, Adriene. Any recovered mean girls out there? We are really internally struggling with being current mean girls and would like to change and drain the negativity from our daily practice. If anyone would like to reach out with wisdom on how to live a judgment-free, if not less judgemental, life, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much. I feel cumulative flexibility and balance coming together in my hips and core support. I also am encouraged towards self-appreciation and forgiveness from your Joy & Authenticity. BENJI, perfect downward dog stretch timed to the last moment of the vid.

I started working on the freight shift at my job and I'm happy about it but it still stresses me out since my store manager is pretty awful at scheduling and my other manager overall is just a pretty negative person and I often over people's shifts when my freight shift is over. With a mix of staying up to do holiday shopping and anniversary shopping I've been so tired mentally and physically. But after yoga my heart and head feels "clear" again. I love yoga/what it does for me, I don't do it often because of my mental health state but I'd like to someday be that person who makes them for it frequently. Thank you for your videos and I'm happy i was introduced to yoga when I was just a high schooler in a really bad place.

Somedays me little parrot just wants to get under any tunnels she can find under my limbs, back, or neck, shes lost intrest in the tunnels i make her of with yoga matt ends, impressivly she has also lost intrest in shredding the yoga matt. Her beaking under my limbs especially me neck gets ticklish from her hilariou beak navigating. She loves deep breathing, now she calls for me by saying "sssshhhhhh" (her out breath), or her classic "hey baby" with her frog voice call. More recently ive noticed her mimicking some of the stretches, around mountain pose! I really hope she receives the amazing perks from the stretching that i do! She love loves yoga time, she's much busier than Benji it seems at this point, maybe one day she will learn from him how to chill as he really appears to effortlessly!
