Love all @yogawithadriene practices. They give me that bit of "me" time daily, which I need from my crazy busy family life. Blessed Beloved Beauties! I almost forgot to post Play Day -31 was fun, although I was super sleepy. 😴 I made it to the mat today at 12:30 AM and somehow managed full tree 🌳 pose despite my exhaustion. Namaste and Ase! 🦋❤️❤️🦋

Thanks Adriene and Benji – great fun and so good for bone density. I REALLY suffered with 'burn' when we had to bend low and out then turn to the left then the right…which is telling me a lot about my dear old legs! 🤫
