Honor Day 30! Day 88 of my return to YWA. Nice easy-going practice which suited me today as I have a slight twinge in my lower left back. Not sure how everyone gets an ear to the floor in the child's pose we did. Mine are not even close. Forehead yes, ears no! Thank you Adriene. Hope everyone is well. 💜

Wonderful workout, Adriene; thank you. And I noticed this book on your furniture behind you: "Natural Healing Wisdom and Know How". Is it one you recommend?

At the beginning of the practice, I shed a couple of tears, being anxious to the point of feeling ill and relating a lot to what Adriene says there. In half an hour when we sit up at the end I smiled uncontrollably (and I was dazed by it!). I feel overflown with joy and thankfulness.
Thank you, Adriene, I love you and these practices. It has been more than just a highlight of this year.

I don"t know how to thank you for this practice. It is such a life safer right now and one of my favorite tools to keep me sane in between insanity. I wish all the humans, pets and nature a better future but i can't control whats happening. I go insane because i would like to change so much in the world what i just don't have the power over. Thank you for your support. <3 you help me also believe that there are so many beautiful caring people out there that something actually CAN change! With positive YuYu….or Yooyoo ? well you kow what i mean :))

I feel that society in general is in survival mode with the ongoing pandemic. Thanks for this! I do feel it was the right thing to do and will come back to it as needed.

I've come to this practice so so many times. I've definitely left multiple comments here. Thank you, Adriene. I feel I need to say it a million times. So much Love to everyone. ❤️

I chose this practice today because I’m still heartbroken over a friend who got brain damage a few months ago but while doing it remembered you guys in Texas are dealing with this crazy winter storm and power outages. Sending well wishes and appreciation to you from Myrtle Beach, SC ❤️💛

I came to this video following the Texas Snow/Ice Freeze in Austin in February 2021. Adriene, I hope you and Benji have warmth and plenty of water. Thank you so much for everything you do. I've been watching you for years, you live right in my backyard. One day, I'll find the courage to come meet you on the mat, in-person at one of your live yoga-flows in Austin. <3

Adriene, my dog and beloved companion of 15 years passed away this month, so it has most definitely been a disaster. Thank you so much for this practice and the namaste with Benji. ❤️ God bless.

Thank you so, so much Adriene. My dad is currently in hospital and me and my family have had a wretched night and it feels like we're stuck in a nightmare. I'm grateful I started doing your yoga videos a month or two ago. I have completed Breath recently and it has taught me a lot how to calm my nervous system, which is currently on overdrive. Trying to fill my cup, so I can be there for my family. I do believe in sending positive thoughts and am doing so to my dad. Thank you for handing me the tools to not go completely insane right now.

I’m presently working through yoga for grief videos following the death of my son and decided that counts as a disaster so did this one and it is superb. One heads up, when Adriene tells you to rub your hands together you might like to remove your glasses as she will then tell you to place your hands on your face! 🤓

There is a terrible flood happening right now in Germany, my city wasn't affected too bad but the rest of the region is basically underwater. After feeling completely overwhelmed for the whole day because of the terrible news (59 dead, hundreds still missing, thousand who lost there homes or are still without electricity and drinking water, several dams about to break,…) and the triggering effect the whole thing has on my PTSD, I decided I needed some yoga before going to bed. As soon as I laid down on the mat I started crying and couldn't stop but continued the video anyway and about halfway through I startet feeling the comfort I was hoping for.
Thank you, Adriene, for giving us these videos that have helped so many people in so many ways. Your work is so valuable!

Dedicating this one to all affected by the dreadful events in Afghanistan and Palestine in recent months. While current affairs have been very sad to read indeed, and sections of social media can be a bin fire, through a video like this we have each other. Let’s use it to heal ourselves and each other. 💜

I took this practice to help myself release childhood traumas. I cried several times taking a pause. Got so many insights and answers during the practice by noticing breathing patterns, and by just receiving some thoughts during the practice. It was truly healing. Thank you so much, dear Adriene! I am on this channel for 5-6 years already. And throughout this period it has been my support, my source of energy and fun! Thank you! Live long and happyly, Adriene❤️

I had three small disasters in the last weeks. My aunt died about three weeks ago. I had a panic attack last week. And I hurt my ancle yesterday. So I was not able to do the whole video, but most of it. Thanks so much to you and Benji for always being here. 🌸

Thank you Adriene. There was a terrible tornado in my area last night. One town over was completely destroyed. My emotions have been all over today seeing the footage. I knew this practice was what I needed to calm my nerves and soothe my heart.
