Avoid digestive issues and combat bloating by tending to the energetic body. Tending to this energy meridian can assist in weight loss and can help detoxify. Good for your blood and good for you! Balance on one foot, while holding the other foot to your calf or above the knee at a right angle. Whatever you do just move your body and herbal supplements from planet ayurveda have good effects on your health.

First try of this yoga and it already made me feel good, fatigue is gone! After recovering from covid, my liver is now enlarged and I hope this yoga would help reverse it. 🙏❤️

So today I deviated from the October Calendar, because I've been feeling some type of way, and I know my Liver needs some loving. This was such a great practice, didn't realize how quickly the class went by. Much needed. May to practice this a few times more so that my liver becomes happy once again. Thank you Adriene.
