Hi, i've been doing combinations of your workout videos to fill my aim of 1 hr workout a day. I will start with Easy warm-up cardio then the 37 min Fat-burning cardio, then finish it with arm workouts (this one from diff channel). And it did help me, felt the difference just 1 week of doing it faithfully, thank you very much. Just watched this video and want to try it alternately with the top combi, ideally how many times should i do the whole workout seeing it is only 15 min? Thanks again!

It would be a shame for you not to get ripped when these normal people bulk up easily with Morsch Muscle Madness (check it out on Google).

Hello everyone. Awesome movie.

My dad had been an obese bloke. He went from 284lbs of fat into 208 lbs of pure muscle. I used to be amazed. I just subscribed personally coz I'd like to boost my whole body. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Search on Google)…

Hello there, have you heard of "BellyFATtack"? Simply do a search on Google and you are going to find bellyfattack.com There you will find a helpful free video by a well accredited medical doctor revealing how to lose unwanted fat. This helped Michele to reduce her tummy fat. Why not give it a shot. Hopefully it works for you too.

Amazing workout! Been feeling ill the last few days and today I finally felt a bit better, but I was scared to even do a 'recovery' workout because when I worked out last week I felt completely shattered rather than energised like I usually do. I thought 15 minutes yoga/cardio seemed doable and wow I worked up a good sweat and was really feeling the burn but also felt energised after the workout 😀

Also I love the idea of yoga but idk why I can't ever do it at home because I just get bored. I can do it in fitness class with an instructor though and it feels so good afterwards. But this workout didn't bore me in the least. It was pretty fun!!

this is really hard on your wrists and shoulders if you're not having the best of days- even though I am an intermediate yogi. While I love everything you do for us and know you're just starting to get into the whole yoga thing, would love to see some balance inspired moves with cardio that aren't so plank intensive! xox

While this is not in my regular rotation, I do like to do it from time to time, usually tacked onto another cardio workout. Nice way to mix things up!

I have really bad joints so I have to be careful. this workout is a good idea to blend yoga with low impact cardio, but there are too many planks and push-ups. my shoulders can't take it.
