Perfect answer, as God says in the Quran that His greatest sign of existence is within ourselves.  Just look inside yourselves.  Big Up Elliot

Hi guys, just sharing my 2 cent worth. Both Elliot and Barstarzz are great guys. They display strengths that derived from different types of training. Personally, I'm into calisthenics because that builds raw strength and gets me into better shape faster than weight-training. This is because calisthenics hits more than 3 muscle groups at a time. I find myself lifting as much weights as my peers who are hardcore gymers. Calisthenics builds functional strength that could be applied in our everyday life. It's good to see Elliot incorporating them in his training regime.

Many of these Bar Starzz have little legs from lack of leg development. Therefore they are lighter. Someone like Elliot, or anyone who has thick legs, (which if you think about it, there can be alot of mass on your legs) it would require a greater amount of force and work, to do the same movements. Understand what I am saying. All I am saying is that, lets say for myself. I have thicker legs, however, if I was to focus on bar movements more, my legs would lose mass, and the movements would require less force, because my legs are lighter/smaller. Not taking anything away here. You can always get stronger and adapt. I just feel that many may even purposefully slack on legs, to keep them smaller, so they can do more reps. Kind of like dropping weight to fight in a lower class. All in all, DON"T SKIP LEG DAY BRAH!.

I have a bigger lower body than upper. Very big quads. I've decided to try calisthenics after 2,5 years of bodybuilding. I did a basic workout and my heart almost exploded and I got very dizzy 😀

Great video! And no fancy gym equipment in a hot stuffy gym – but a bar – you can't get more old school than that! And who said Elliot talks too much? If he's putting out good information and speaks the truth what's wrong with that?
