These are perfect for every-day exercise, particulary when you don't have a whole hour to spare for a full routine including a warm up and stretching afterwards..

my balance is so off! 🙊 but this is my first time trying this, so instead of critiquing myself too harsly, i'm going to challenge myself to do this after every work out for 1 month and see how I get on. 🙂 wish me luck! 😁
