could you do a workout for arms not using any weights? That would be so awesome and the missing piece to my work out routine/plan! Of course there are other channels on youtube already having one, but I prefer your videos! :S 😀

great video!
would you recommend warming up or stretching before this session, or is this a short but sufficient workout on its own already?

also I'd like to say its handy that you don't have loud music on the workout videos, as that way we choose and vary our own and still be able to listen to the directions.
