would you recommend warming up or stretching before this session, or is this a short but sufficient workout on its own already?
also I'd like to say its handy that you don't have loud music on the workout videos, as that way we choose and vary our own and still be able to listen to the directions.
I would really appreciate it, at least on the yoga workouts, if the camera didn't move around and change angles so much
