But is 4kg on each hand ok?

Will it change my arm shape?

You do your "curl-to-punch" differently on both sides. On your right, you rotate as you retract the punch, on the left, you bring it back in straight and then rotate. Is one more correct than the other? I want to do the same movement on both sides so my workout is even.

So I’ve been working out for the last 4 weeks and made significant healthy changes to my diet but I am gaining weight!!!! What am I doing wrong? 🙁

Love the video, love Rebecca. But the cameramen should definitely not be used again…who follows the weight up and down??? That's a rookie who doesn't know how to shoot any kind of videos 🙁
