You do your "curl-to-punch" differently on both sides. On your right, you rotate as you retract the punch, on the left, you bring it back in straight and then rotate. Is one more correct than the other? I want to do the same movement on both sides so my workout is even.
what happens if you don't have weights and you also don't have Soup cans what would you use

So I’ve been working out for the last 4 weeks and made significant healthy changes to my diet but I am gaining weight!!!! What am I doing wrong? 🙁
