How long would you say it would take to get results? I've been working out for 3 weeks about 5 times a week and I don't see much results I'm just feeling discouraged.

This is a great stretch workout and can help build lines on our back to some extent. But for people who really want to lose back fat, you'd better do more cardio and eat clean, eat clean is always most important and effective for fat loss.

love these videos, very good instructure. I would like to have more exercises where you do not need to bend the spine as much which would help to train injured backs. Such exercises are hard to find.
