How long would you say it would take to get results? I've been working out for 3 weeks about 5 times a week and I don't see much results I'm just feeling discouraged.

How many calories does this burn?
This is a great stretch workout and can help build lines on our back to some extent. But for people who really want to lose back fat, you'd better do more cardio and eat clean, eat clean is always most important and effective for fat loss.
