I have been doing 2-3 of your workouts a day for about 5 days now, and I am already absolutely addicted! I recently moved to Japan for a performance contract and I have put on a little weight from lack of knowing what to eat here! I walk everywhere but that isn't enough. With my hectic schedule, I've found that I really love your workouts because I can do them quickly in the morning and at night when I get home from work! Because I always have 5-15 minutes to spare at least, I now have NO excuse not to workout! I can fit these in somehow! I am also an online college student and these are perfect study break activities. So thankful I found this channel and thank you to the trainers for being so motivating and inspiring! Healthy, toned, and in-shape body- here I come!
