I have lower back problems (possibly facet syndrome, according to my chiropractor). I've been trying a few of your ab workouts, but they really put a lot of strain on my lower lumbar. Do you have any beginner/easy ab & core exercises to get me started? Thanks!
Great! I have lost weight (the 4 kgs. that I wanted), I've toned my thighs & tummy, I feel stronger with more resistance after less than 2 months with Rebecca`s workouts. I find it good to combine workouts for over 30-35 min. daily. A bit more work on my booty & I'm going to look perfect in no time! yeah!!
My dog lies on my exercise mat too when I work out and when i lie on my side he snuggles into my tummy so we are spooning while I do some outer thigh work and I love it and my Ben
