It's really annoying when people say she has no butt. Everyone has a freakin ass but not everyone is born with Kim k butts. VS models defiantly don't have that. You work with what you have and the goal is too not have a saggy droopy butt but a nice toned and shaped up ass:) great workout I see a difference in my tiny ass already:)
Does this work out makes you butt looks smaller or lift it up? I'm happy with my ass, they're round and naturally lifted but I'm wondering if I still should do this work out. I don’t want to make my butt smaller though. Just want them toned. Thnx btw. I love this workout, looks easy to follow 🙂

i got right up to the push up position did a couple of leg extentions and my butt and thighs gave up i seriously could not move and my heart rate really fast love this workout will be doing this every morning love it thankyou for testing my body love pushing myself awsome hopefull in time ill be able to complete the whole workout with out my muscles failing on me lol 😀
